Audit · Consulting · Technology

Most operational problems are visibility problems.

OSUN audits how your organisation actually runs, then builds the systems that fix what the audit finds. Wyoming-registered, working with clients across Europe and North America.

What we do

Diagnosis and delivery, from the same team.

01Audit

Systems & Technology Audit

We map what you actually have: the tools in use, how data moves between them, where it breaks, and what it costs you. You get a written assessment with findings ranked by impact, not a generic maturity score.

Deliverables: current-state system map · prioritised findings register · remediation roadmap with effort estimates

02Consulting

Business & Management Consulting

We work through the operational questions that spreadsheets can't answer: where margin is leaking, which processes don't scale, what to measure. Grounded in your numbers, not in a framework we brought with us.

Deliverables: operational diagnostic · KPI definition and reporting structure · decision memos with costed options

03Engineering

Custom Software & Systems Solutions

When the off-the-shelf tool doesn't fit, we build the one that does — internal dashboards, client portals, scheduling and billing systems, integrations between platforms that don't talk to each other.

Deliverables: scoped specification · working application · documentation and handover · source code ownership

04Automation

Process Improvement & Automation

We remove the manual steps that consume your team's week: data re-entry, reconciliation, report assembly, document generation. Each automation is scoped against the hours it returns.

Deliverables: process inventory with time costing · automation build · monitoring and exception handling

05Data

Data, Reporting & Dashboards

Reporting that reflects reality. We consolidate data from your existing systems into dashboards your team will actually open, with reconciliation logic that catches the discrepancies before you do.

Deliverables: data pipeline · reconciliation rules · dashboards for operational and management reporting

06Advisory

IT Support & Technical Advisory

Ongoing technical judgement without a full-time hire: architecture reviews, vendor and tooling decisions, security posture, and support for the systems we build.

Deliverables: retained advisory hours · architecture and security reviews · maintenance and support for delivered systems

How we work

Four stages. Each one gates the next.

  1. 01

    Assess

A fixed-scope audit of the area in question. Two to four weeks. You get the findings whether or not you engage us further.

  2. 02

    Scope

We turn findings into a costed plan: what to fix, in what order, what each step returns. You decide what proceeds.

  3. 03

    Build

We implement, in short increments with working output at each stage. No six-month black boxes.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Documentation, training, and source code ownership transfer to you. Ongoing support is optional, never a dependency.

We take on a limited number of engagements at a time. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will tell you in the first conversation rather than the third.

About

The firm

OSUN LLC was formed in Wyoming in 2026 by two partners with complementary backgrounds — one in operations and regulated-sector practice management, one in software engineering. The firm exists because the gap between operational diagnosis and technical delivery is where most improvement projects fail: consultants who cannot build, and developers who were never told what problem they were solving.

Operating from Saint-Laurent-du-Var, France

Tahar Ben El Hadj

Partner, Operations & Data Systems

Tahar runs a multi-practitioner healthcare practice in France and has spent seven years building automation and data systems for financial markets — execution tooling, backtesting infrastructure, and systematic strategy research. He has designed and shipped practice-management platforms for medical clinics: role-based dashboards, automated reporting, and reconciliation pipelines between third-party booking and billing systems that were never built to talk to each other. He leads operational diagnosis, data engagements, and client delivery.

Sébastien Darracq

Partner, Engineering

Sébastien is a full-stack engineer working across AWS serverless architectures, Angular and React front ends, and Java Spring and Node.js back ends. He spent two years at Attestis building event-driven microservices on AWS Lambda, API Gateway and EventBridge, with Docker, CI/CD pipelines and test-driven delivery. He holds a Master's in application design and development, and an earlier Master's in business law and corporate strategy — a combination that shapes how he scopes work in regulated environments.
